With your participation in mind, we have put together this Online Exhibitor manual which contains all of the necessary information, rules & regulations and forms required to have a successful show. Please note the following features:
- Ability to assign more than one contact, depending on department
- Split into easy to navigate tabs.
- New functionality enabling you to select forms that are required and omitting those that are not.
- Easy identification of mandatory forms that MUST be completed.
- Deadline dates listed next to the forms, a reminder will be sent as a prompt to ensure your forms are submitted by the deadline required. Actioning your forms on time and as instructed will omit you from email chases, surcharges or disappointment in delivery of service.
- Selected Online forms, making sure the information you submit is the information downloaded and used i.e.: catalogue entries and exhibitor name badges
- One single E-shot reminder listing all of the forms not completed, instead of individual ones.
